Beijing, China: La mejor fracción de eyección del ventrículo izquierdo y la fibrilación auricular preexistente se asocian con mortalidad reducida en pacientes sometidos a reparación percutánea de la válvula mitral. De hecho, los pacientes con función cardíaca pobre no se beneficiarían con la reparación percutánea de la válvula mitral.
