QUERATECTASIA BILATERAL POSTERIOR A QUERATECTOMIA FOTORREFRACTIVA

La ectasia posterior a queratectomía fotorrefractiva es extremadamente rara, recomendamos evitar la cirugía refractiva corneal, aunque sea de superficie, en pacientes que presenten familiares con queratocono.
