El trabajo establece la importancia de la composición en macronutrientes de la dieta en la producción de grelina por el estómago en ratas

LA COMPOSICION DE LA DIETA AFECTA LA PRODUCCION DE UNA SEÑAL ESTIMULADORA DE LA INGESTA, LA GRELINA

La producción de grelina por el estómago se ve afectada por el tipo de macronutriente presente en la dieta. La ingesta de carbohidratos produce un descenso en la producción de esta señal de hambre más duradero que la ingesta de grasas, lo cual va a favor de su mayor capacidad saciante.
