We studied 70 patients undergoing open heart surgery (coronary artery bypass grafts, single and multiple different valvular replacement) in two groups ANH and PABD.

Transfusión autóloga de sangre en la cirugía cardíaca
Donación preoperatoria de sangre respecto de hemodilución normovolémica aguda en la cirugía cardíaca

En un ensayo transversal se estudiaron 70 pacientes sometidos a cirugía cardíaca a cielo abierto (derivación coronaria con injerto único o múltiples injertos y diferentes reemplazos valvulares) en dos grupos: hemodilución normovolémica aguda y donación preoperatoria de sangre.
