Textos completos autorizados (TCA).
encontrarán comentarios, entrevistas, notas periodísticas, cartas a
complete quality-full texts which have been recently published in
renowned sources worldwide and are indexed by SIIC Data
Bases.
The increasing number of Open Access articles widens the reading offer
but, also, such myriad complicates the readers search of fundamental
articles. To facilitate this, SIIC biomedical professionals daily
consult a profuse amount of documents that will feed
Authorized Full Texts (TCA, Spanish acronym).
The citations of the AFT section link legally, authorized and free of
charge with the full texts published in the official web sites of
their corresponding sources.
SIIC created, produced and handles the AFT software that deciphers
the various documentary fields that form part of the structure of a
study: specialty, study style, source, publication and selection
dates, source definition, query limitations, summary in Spanish,
etc.
While most of the selected texts belong to original articles,
reviews, and guidelines, readers will also find commentaries,
interviews, journalistic reports, letters to authors or other texts
that may lead to discussions or clarifications.
Effects of herbal compounds on various aspects of endometriosis treatment

A wide range of
preclinical and clinical studies evaluated the effectiveness and safety of
medicinal plants in the treatment of endometriosis symptoms. Thus, alternative
treatments for endometriosis with no or low side effects should be included in
the holistic treatment of endometriosis upfront. However, there is still a need
for well-designed trials to investigate standard interventions and specific and
safe doses of herbal medicines.

Ethiopia has achieved one of the fastest declines in mortality in
sub-Saharan Africa, with major intervention coverage increases, especially from
2010. Starting from a weak health infrastructure and low coverage, Ethiopia's
comprehensive approach provides valuable lessons for other low-income countries.
Major increases towards universal coverage of interventions, including emergency
care, are critical to further reduce mortality and advance the mortality
transition.

Our
study provides evidence that supportive changes in Morocco's policy environment
for maternal health, backed by greater political will and increased resources,
significantly contributed to the dramatic progress in reducing maternal and
neonatal mortality. While these efforts were successful in improving MNH in
Morocco, several implementation challenges still require special attention and
renewed political attention is needed.

The study highlights a gap in the knowledge of HIV
transmission during pregnancy among women in Ghana. Continuous public education
is required to educate women on HIV transmission from mothers to their children
during pregnancy and how this may be interrupted. Such programs should involve
the use of the media and take into consideration the demographic and geographic
characteristics highlighted as determinants in this study. This will ultimately
contribute to the reduction of MTCT of HIV in Ghana.
