Results of the study suggest that animals of group received amiodarone-glibenclamide-captopril-oxcarbazepine combination revealed comparatively more toxic effects than two other combinations. However, more studies on large number of animals and human beings are required to justify the use of multiple drug administration, since trial in man is the only way of establishing drug interactions.

In patients with brain hemorrhage and tumours, the cognitive assessments (MoCA, FAB, and RBMT ) (Montreal Cognitive Assessment, Frontal Assessment Battery, and Rivermead Behavioural Memory Test) showed satisfactory discriminating power for complete independence in instrumental ADL. Instrumental ADL was best correlated with the RBMT.
