La histiocitosis por depósito de cristales es una entidad rara que tiene lugar en pacientes con enfermedades linfoproliferativas, predominantemente mieloma múltiple y linfoma de células B de bajo grado. Se presenta el primer caso de histiocitosis por depósito de cristales diagnosticado en el líquido pleural de una paciente con mieloma múltiple.
