BIOPSIA ESTEREOTAXICA DIRIGIDA POR ESTUDO DE PERFUSAO POR RM

A seqüência de perfusão por RM é um método acessível, que pode potencialmente reduzir os erros de amostragem nos procedimentos de biópsia estereotáxica em gliomas sem impregnação pelo Gd e pode ser utilizada como critério adicional aos morfológicos na graduação pré-operatória dos tumores gliais, excluindo a possibilidade de anaplasia quando os valores de rCBV são menores que 1,2.
