Endoplasmic reticulum stress exerts significant effects in the process of cerebral ischemic damage. Therefore, maintaining endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis seems crucial for the survival of ischemic neurons and different levels of endoplasmic reticulum stress determine divergent cell fates.

 acceso_libre_20171204.png PHYSIOLOGICAL GENOMICS IN MANIA
Mania is a common psychological problem seen around the world. This neuropsychiatric disorder is an important issue for studying in neuropsychiatry. An important item to be studied is the pathogenesis. Molecular pathogenesis of mania has never been clarified, hence, the research to clarify this issue is warranted. In fact, to study the molecular pathogenesis of any disease, the investigation into the genomics level is required. The application of advanced genomics technique can be used to understand etiopathogenesis of complex disease. The new technique can be applied for the mania. To clarify the pathogenesis of mania, the author use standard physiological geneomics analysis to clarify the etiopathogenesis of the disease. Of interest, there is no observed physiogenomics relationship on chromosomes. It can imply that mania might not have a genetic. However, it should have an epigenic origin. This can imply that the etiopathogenesis is different from the other well-known genetic based disorders in psychological medicine such as Alzheimer's disease.

BIASED THINKING IN BORDERLINE PERSONALITY DISORDER
Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is characterized by greater frequencies of cognitive errors, when comparing these patient's spontaneous discourse with the one produced by healthy controls (n = 25 participants per group). In particular negative over-generalizing and fortune-telling differentiated the two groups; over-generalizing was associated with number of BPD symptoms.
