Textos Completos Autorizados

Extracto: In this study, we found that all of the hub genes are linked with the 10 drug components, and it was observed that aspirin CTD 00005447 was mostly associated with all the other hub genes. This bio-informatics study may help researchers better understand the cause of PTB and its relationship with NCDs, and eventually, this can lead to exploring effective treatment plans.

Cardiovascular Risk Scores and Migraine Status.

Fuente:Jama Network Open

Tipo de trabajo:Estudio de cohortes

Extracto: AND RELEVANCE: In this cohort study of community-dwelling Dutch adults, the odds of having prevalent or incident migraine decreased with increasing cardiovascular risk score categories. These results support the hypothesis that a relatively healthy cardiovascular system increases the probability of having active or developing migraine in the future, especially among women. Sex differences might play a pathophysiological role in the association between migraine activity and vascular health.
