El trabajo muestra los efectos metabólicos e inflamatorios posprandiales de una ingesta grasa promedio.

LA OBESIDAD ABDOMINAL Y LOS EFECTOS POSPRANDIALES DE UNA COMIDA RICA EN GRASAS

La presencia de obesidad se relacionó con elevadas concentraciones basales de marcadores lipídicos e inflamatorios. Además, luego de la ingesta de un desayuno rico en grasas, los participantes con obesidad presentaron mayor endotoxemia y peor respuesta glucémica. El estado posprandial lipídico y endotoxémico se sostuvo por cuatro horas.
