El trabajo muestra una nueva acción nuclear de ERK1/2, con respecto al control del ciclo celular

EFECTO DE ERK1/2 SOBRE EL CICLO CELULAR, ASOCIADO A LA RUPTURA DE LA INTERACCION RB-LAMINA A

Este trabajo muestra un nuevo mecanismo mediante el cual la MAP quinasa ERK1/2 controla la entrada al ciclo celular. Es interesante también el hecho de que la desregulación de la interacción lamina A-RB también puede resultar en un descontrol del ciclo celular, que puede afectar procesos como la proliferación y la transformación.
