Association of HIV ocular lesions with CD4 count.
OCULAR MANIFESTATIONS IN HIV/AIDS PATIENTS

All patients who had these CD4+ cell count less than 200 cells/mm3 must undergo complete ophthalmic checkup to rule out ocular lesions. In the present study, we found that the chances of ocular lesions increased proportionally as the CD4 + cell count fall from 500 to 50.
