Tel-Aviv, Israel: El porcentaje de plaquetas reticuladas se correlaciona fuertemente con la respuesta al prasugrel, en los enfermos con infarto agudo de miocardio y elevación del segmento ST. El recuento alto de plaquetas reticuladas predice una mayor reactividad plaquetaria residual en el contexto de la terapia con prasugrel.
