TC MULTIDETECTOR EN LA EVALUACION DE CANDIDATOS A TRASPLANTE HEPATICO DE DONANTE VIVO

El TC multidetector es una útil herramienta para la evaluación de los candidatos a trasplante hepático de donante vivo, ya que permite, entre otros, una precisa valoración de las estructuras vasculares hepáticas y de las medidas volumétricas del posible injerto y del hígado remanente. Todo ello permite la selección del donante más adecuado y un abordaje quirúrgico más seguro.
