Se propone una explicación para las alteraciones del control parasimpático de la frecuencia cardiaca de los pacientes chagásicos

ALTERACIONES DEL CONTROL PARASIMPATICO DE LA FRECUENCIA CARDIACA EN LA ENFERMEDAD DE CHAGAS CRONICA

Las alteraciones del control parasimpático de la frecuencia cardíaca en la enfermedad cardíaca chagásica crónica son consideradas primarias y específicas. Sin embargo, el control parasimpático de la frecuencia cardíaca puede ser normal o anormal, de acuerdo con la presencia y extensión del daño miocárdico. En el presente trabajo se propone una explicación común para estos contradictorios e incongruentes hallazgos.
