En condiciones de estrés podrían originarse cambios conformacionales en el dominio de unión al sustrato de la hsp70

CHAPERONAS: UNA SECUENCIA, DISTINTAS FUNCIONES

El estudio de las propiedades termodinámicas del dominio variable permite conocer la forma en que cambios de secuencia afectan la función de la proteína y si en condiciones de estrés ésta sufre cambios estructurales que pudieran afectar su función.
