ALTA PREVALENCIA DE SEROPOSITIVIDAD A ANISAKIS SIMPLEX EN PACIENTES CON DISPEPSIA

El trabajo pone de relieve que la infección por Anisakis simplex es más elevada de lo que hasta ahora se suponía con probable relevancia clinica. El consumo de pescado no cocinado está asociado con la detección de anticuerpos. Por lo tanto, evitar su consumo o congelar previamente el pescado prevendrían la enfermedad.
