Estudio de las constantes cinéticas que describen el efecto bacteriostático del polvo de aceitunas sobre las esporas de Bacillus cereus en medio de referencia

EFECTO BACTERIOSTATICO DEL POLVO DE ACEITUNAS SOBRE ESPORAS DE BACILLUS CEREUS

Se estudió el crecimiento de Bacillus cereus en medio de referencia, inoculado con esporas, en presencia de diferentes concentraciones de polvo de aceitunas y se calcularon las constantes cinéticas que lo describían. Los resultados mostraron un efecto bacteriostático de este ingrediente alimentario, definido por el alargamiento de la fase de latencia y la disminución de la velocidad de crecimiento.
