Anti-cancer therapy related fatigue

Cancer and fatigue are inseparable. Fatigue resulted during either chemotherapy or concurrent chemo-radiotherapy treatments was found more severe in intensity than that occurs with radiotherapy alone. This fatigue has a significant impact on ADL impairment during radiotherapy compared to other combination therapies.
