El trabajo resuelve el problema de variación total con restricciones de manera óptima y eficaz, validando la metodología con datos simulados y experimentales de tomografía óptica.

TOMOGRAFÍA ÓPTICA DIFUSIVA POR FLUORESCENCIA MEDIANTE EL MÉTODO DE SPLIT BREGMAN

Se valida el método de Split Bregman para resolver el problema de reconstrucción de imagen en tomografía óptica difusiva por fluorescencia, minimizando la variación total de la imagen sujeta a restricciones. Split Bregman proporciona una mejora en la calidad de imagen en estudios con datos simulados y experimentales con respecto a métodos basados en optimización sin restricciones.
