AUTOAVALIAÇÃO DO (AUTOEVALUACIÓN DEL) ESTADO DE HUMOR NO (EN EL) TRANSTORNO BIPOLAR

Pacientes bipolares em mania, mas não os deprimidos, avaliam de forma não fidedigna seu humor, o que reflete o importante comprometimento do insight observado na síndrome maníaca. Outros estudos, que controlem a ocorrência de sintomas psicóticos ou que avaliem um mesmo indivíduo em diferentes fases do transtorno bipolar, seriam importantes para corroborar nossos resultados.
