A importância da histopatologia e do perfil de citocinas na análise do diagnóstico de cura da leishmaniose tegumentar americana.

ASPECTOS HISTOPATOLÓGICOS E IMUNO-HISTOQUÍMICOS DA LEISHMANIOSE TEGUMENTAR AMERICANA ANTES E DEPOIS DE DIFERENTES TRATAMENTOS

Os achados histopatológicos apresentados com a cura clínica, não mostraram padrão histológico característico para LTA. A cura histopatológica nem sempre coincidiu com a cura clinica. Para determinar um critério ideal de cura, deveríamos considerar os aspectos clínicos, histopatológicos e analises parasitológica.
