JUBILEE INSTITUTE OF HAND AESTHETIC AND MICROVASCULAR SURGERY
DISTALLY BASED CROSS FINGER FLAPS

Distally based cross finger flap is a simple flap based around the IP joints of the fingers and has excellent reach and adaptability. This flap can be used for variety of defects and has robust blood supply. Due to its dimensions, reach, and easy positioning this is an excellent option for most of the defects around the digits.
