Primer trabajo sobre telangiectasia hemorrágica hereditaria en España: una nueva forma rápida de diagnóstico molecular

ESTUDIO DE LA TELANGIECTASIA HEMORRAGICA HEREDITARIA EN ESPAÑA: DEFICIENCIA EN LA INDUCCION DE ENDOGLINA EN MONOCITOS ACTIVADOS

Los pacientes diagnosticados clínicamente con telangiectasia hemorrágica hereditaria presentan estimulación deficitaria de endoglina en la transcición de monocito a macrófago. Esta deficiencia es más acusada con la edad del paciente y con la gravedad de su sintomatología.
