CONDUCTA A SEGUIR EN PACIENTES PORTADORES DE ENFERMEDAD DE PARKINSON QUE REQUIERAN CIRUGÍA

Los procedimientos quirúrgicos son frecuentes en la enfermedad de Parkinson. El manejo perioperatorio requiere el conocimiento de la enfermedad así como de las propiedades farmacológicas de las drogas utilizadas. Dado el riesgo de complicaciones y la complejidad del manejo antiparkinsoniano durante un procedimiento quirúrgico, es necesario establecer un abordaje sistemático.
