El trabajo constituye el primer relato sobre el procesamiento autoproteolítico de una metaloproteasa del veneno de una serpiente opistoglifa

AUTODEGRADACIÓN DE UNA METALOPROTEASA DEL VENENO DE UNA SERPIENTE OPISTOGLIFA

Con el objetivo de contribuir a un mejor entendimiento sobre las bases estructurales y mecánicas de las metaloproteasas presentes en los venenos de serpientes, hemos analizado, por primera vez, el procesamiento autoproteolítico de una metaloproteasa presente en el veneno de una serpiente opistoglifa.
