El trabajo sugiere nuevos mecanismos de acción de la leptina en el cáncer de mama

ANÁLISIS PROTEÓMICO DE LA LÍNEA DE CÁNCER DE MAMA MCF-7 EXPUESTA A LEPTINA

Hemos identificado 30 proteínas que responden a la leptina en la línea de cáncer de mama MCF-7. Algunas tienen un importante papel en el cáncer de mama, lo que contribuye a explicar por qué la leptina potencia la neoplasia mamaria.
